Melanie-Sara Barugh MHbA, MNHMA

I first trained with Anne Gillanders at the British school of Reflexology in 1999. Since then I have continued to qualify in many therapies and areas of Specialist and Transformative approaches in massage, mainly in the profoundly powerful approach "NOHANDS Massage" with Gerry Pyves. I am attending Mastery this year and exited about venturing deeper into developing more powerful work on every level.

I have also trained with Developmental baby massage specialist, Peter Walker. Suzanne Yates Midwife and Shiatsu specialist in Pregnancy Massgage and with Prebhat Menon in Thai Yoga Massage, Kerala India.I have never looked back and now enjoy a very fulfilling and rewarding career.

Most recently, I have trained and Qualified as a Hypnobirthing Teacher "with Katharine Graves, Hypnobirthing transforms and enhances Pregnancy and creates Calm, comfortable positive Birthing experiences which is so exiting for me!ed bodyworker- working within Corporate Settings for well being mainly, BT Suffolk, the NHS and running a mobile business within the home.

My first and foremost passions are to introduce and inspire new-comers to the exciting world of 'holistic health'. My treatments I believe, leave you feeling the results, long after the treatment has finished. I love my work and I think this is truly noticable when you recieve a treatment from me.

I am constantly updating my skills with regards to the therapies that I offer. Presently focusing on my mastery' with nohands massage. This process is continual and expected on a yearly basis from the governed body that I am a member of both.
